For anyone unsure of what to roll. Look for the white gear on the right. It has ridges on it. Rotate it towards you till you cant rotate it anymore and then you can move the printhead to the center easily

The thing he told to roll out is found at the bottom-right most part area of the printer (there are 8 small rollers with gaps in between... after the 8th at the right most part you will be able to see a white gear that rolls back and forth)... you have to roll it towards you until it stops rolling. Then a black head button will appear just beside it, then you'll have to press down to release the lock so you can move the print head to the center (and do your thing)... It got me couple of minutes to find it. I hope this helps!

Thank you, your video is the only one that showed how to get the print head to the middle to access it. HP tech support told me my printer was broken. I spun the little white gear on the the main roller forward, it unlocked the printhead and I slid it to the midde. Thanks again.👍

Actually, I had to remove Printheads to clean them as I had colour problems... the red was printed as green. I was not sure how to remove them. Thanks to you I solved my problem... so grateful... one missing thing is what you do with your hand before you draw the printheads to the center to remove them. I solve it by the following help @MilkANDMagic 4 months ago For anyone unsure of what to roll. Look for the white gear on the right. It has ridges on it. Rotate it towards you till you can't rotate it anymore and then you can move the printhead to the center easily. I copy it here for anyone who doesn't understand what to do like me as the printheads are really stuck and don't move if you don't roll the white wheel/gear... Thank you both!!!

Rotate the rightmost white tooth, approximately 7 mm thick and 2 cm in diameter, towards you by 5.6 teeth. In the rear right you will see a piece that moves backwards. After reaching the end the cartridge heads will be released. You can then pull the freed heads towards the center with your hand.
