If anyone has a stripped screw, just get a drillbit thats smaller than the screw itself and get it out. Be super careful, Ive been trying to fix mine for about four years without resorting to this. Unfortunately I had to do to them. Had to do it to them, Snipe !

@@Sparkyh you need to make sure you have a perfect contact from the analog and the board. Try to place some paper as a spacer

Yup. It is better to buy a whole broken psp then savage the parts. Those after market parts are cheap for a reason.
