Had my Invicta for 2 weeks and the middle pin started coming loose and bending. Asetek will not replace these. Here’s the reply:“ we are not able to provide any warranty as warranty does not cover damages.” Literally took the Forte wheel off once to place stickers. 45 bucks for the a replacement pcb & shipping costs. I’m scared to take off my wheel now. 😂 The wheel base is great but the QR connection is a poor design.

@@buddy5088 I agree, this design with exposed pins is simply stupid. Fanatec gets a lot of hate for their wobbly QR1, but that one didn't have this particular problem as the pins were in the wheel and well-hidden inside its QR shaft, so it's much harder to damage them accidentally

This video suits perfectly now that I need to replace my PCB due to quality issues that were not solved by the support team, which blame me for hanging clothes in the QR. Strange way to do the laundry, lol.

That's odd because I have experienced nothing short of perhaps the best customer service support I've ever received (from any company) from the Asetek CS team. For the two issues I have had, they promptly responded to me with a quick resolution AND rapidly shipped out what I needed (even overnighting it @ their expense) in less than 24 hours.

@@jirvinjirvin I'm sorry but, it just makes zero sense that Asetek would blame the customer for "hanging his laundry" on his wheelbase. Something else is obviously going on here that this customer isn't mentioning in the post.
