I replaced the fan by removing the airbox, battery, and manifold shrouds. Also had to remove the heat shroud on the fan and install it after the fan was in place. Maybe easier than removing bumper and upper support.

This is amazing. Technically you don't even need any real tools to replace the fan. Just need your hands

Hi I’m trying to buy my fan for my 2011 Camry LE on your site. Would this video work for a 2011 Camry? Since I know your video says for 07-09?

How do you bleed the air out of the radiator? Does the car heat on and warm up procedure does that ? With the radiator cap open?
@larryhopkins41394 жыл бұрын
Don't need to remove the front bumper so why show it? You can also use a radiator hose block off clamp on the top hose to keep from draining the coolant. Also, you only need to remove the radiator side of the house not both sides. Don't need to remove the radiator top Support either.

+Larry Hopkins We appreciate the feedback. Sometimes there are multiple ways to accomplish the same repair.

@@1AAuto I agree... But easiest and fastest way is my first choice. You guys make great videos. I have used them on many occasions to get an idea of the job before I start. This particular video just has unnecessary steps so why put it in the video at all? To the novice it would create confusion.

Larry, You'd clamp off the side nearest the cabin or the bumper? The AC component of this fan quit blowing and mechanic wants $700 so I'm trying to DIY this

We don't know why he has to drain the water from the radiator. Great video but some steps we don't need them
