Just did the rear brake pads and rotors on my VW Touareg R50 (5 liter V10 diesel). Basically the same car and it was a pure hell to get the calipers off!! 😡 Even though I have a ramp-lift in my garage so that I can work from underneath the car...

Great video, thanks man. Hard to believe the only way to drive the retainer pin is to hammer it. Any better way to do it? Looks like the pins in my cayenne are totally seized, and does not move at all when I hammer it.
