You need to look if the grease for the sliding bolts is the correct one (based on silicone...). Also, you didn't clean the bolts (e.g. with sandpaper) before inserting. Some 3rd party parts are delivered with new bolts and special grease for that purpose. Not expensive and worthy to change by that occasion. The worst mistake is not to clean the wheel hub thoroughly, before putting on the new rotor. It needs to be very clean or it might happen that it will make noises and can heavily impede the braking performance.
