I was wanting to know the same thing. Idk if you found the answer but a forum I found say's they are 6x8 the same as the front door. I don't know 100% if that is true or not but these do look like 6x8 to me. They could be 5x7 though. I guess I'm going to have to remove the door panel on mine and measure to be 100% sure.

Yazz Vanhern the rear speaker sizes are 6x8 and 3 way means it plays mids highs and lows.
