Looking good. Replacing rot can be a VERY expensive and time consuming event. I always did my own work . Which I loved doing. Learned a lot and actually had fun.

How are you bolting seal plate down

When you put sill plate in , we’re you able to bolt it into block?

Why not move the drain pipe over, using new/different fittings?

Are rim joists pressure treated or would just common pine be ok? Also looks like replacing rotted sections of sill plate and rim joist is acceptable rather than having to replace the entire length?

I always use treated lumber for rim joists and sill plates. They are too difficult to replace to use the cheaper common pine. Many people use it though, just not me.
