Okay, just one problem you didn't address due to your installation of the old tensioner. There is a blue pin on my new one, when do I pull it out and how?

+Jimmy Hollon The pin likely is there to aid in installation. It is holding it in the "open" position. Insert the 1/2" ratchet into the tensioner and apply some backward pressure to prevent the assembly from snapping forward when the pin is removed. Remove the pin and allow the tension to apply pressure to the belt slowly. Thanks for checking us out! 1AAuto.com
