Did u try n freez the ball joints over night. It's always worth a try. Before paying 50 buks for half hour job

CRAP... I didn't think about that! I guess I was so done fighting that I was like SCREW IT!!! Next time, going to drop them in our freezer!!!

I got one ball joint in with the tool and I wanted to throw it away with how frustrating it was. It kept going in crooked.

I work at a shop and honestly sometimes we really have some trouble with pressing in ball joints. I personally dont think $50 is too bad of a price. Sometimes we end up charging customers quite a bit more for how much time we have to spend getting em in😂

That was kinda rough to watch,, I was screaming to put a bolt in between the A-Arms so it wouldnt compress while pressing in the bushings. Got that tech tip from a utube video when removing the bushings. That being said video was very educational. Gonna be on that step soon on my 68 Firebird.

Damn it, I didn't show that in the video did I??? I used an impact socket to make sure the metal didn't collapse in on itself. Good eyes!

@@ArrowheadGarage LOL, i saw the arms bending and almost spilled my coffee. LOL.. I used a bolt with a nut to remove my bushings. Thank God I stumbled on a video on it..Your doing a great Job Brother! Very Inspirational.

Freezer for the bushings. They will go in easier. P. S. Why not poly bushings?

Great tip to toss them in the freezer, and I wanted to stay with original rubber for this build.
