The satisfaction of replacing your own parts and having something back like an armrest something you take for granted until you don't have it no more. I know the feeling I got a 98 Grand and I've been replacing interior parts little by little beginning close to the end

The consoles on the 93-98 ZJ Grand Cherokees are prone to breaking and I have a ‘98 ZJ Grand Cherokee Laredo and the console top just comes off since it’s broken and I’m currently looking for another console piece.

You can pull the button out of the shift level, I've heard you should do this before yanking the shift handle off.
