Hi Jan, do I need to buy a specific blower for this car (same model, also with Climatronic) with AC/Climatronic? Or will any blower with the right OEM-Number do? It's quite had to find a good answer online

Hello, i had manual airco also. Indeed, you have to see to the original part number, and then you can order one which is the same like the original one. Maybe you can search also on (mister auto) (autodoc) Greetings from belgium

Great video! By Ibiza fan only works on speed.2,3 and 4? Is that another problem?

That is another problem. In my case the fan did notihing anymore. Maybe the switch, that there is no good connection in stand 1.

Ik weet dat dit 8 jaar naar dato is. Maar momenteel hoor een vreemd tikkend geluid bijna in het midden achter mijn radio. Op elke snelheid of temperatuur van de verwarming is het geluid hetzelfde. Denk je dat het mogelijk een probleem van de ventilator kan zijn?

Hallo. Het is idd al wat jaren geleden dat ik de herstelling deed. Ik heb de wagen toen 2dehands gekocht met de blazer die vanaf dag 1 niet werkte. Ik kan u dus helaas geen raad geven. Groeten Jan.

Ik heb wel ooit lawaai gehoord bij mijn Ibiza 6L. Ouder model dus. Die ik nog steeds heb. En ik heb dat ooit in de garage verteld. En de mechanieker zei toen. Dat kan een bladje ofzo zijn, dat de pollenfilter gepasseerd is maar daar moet je niets aan doen. Dat word wel vermalen. Dus mss lost het zichzelf wel op bij u. Bij mijn 6L was het ook zo.

@ Bedankt voor de informatie! Het is nu helaas al zeker 2 maanden hetzelfde. Wil het het liefst zelf proberen op te lossen want hij is de afgelopen maanden al te vaak naar de garage geweest voor groter onderhoud. In ieder geval bedankt voor de reactie :)

Hey there, great video. I have an Opel Corsa 2006, and the blowing system doesnt work anymore, not on 4 either. Sometimes it turns on, and blows like it’s struggling, them it turns off again. Would you suspect that the problem could be like this video? Like it’s not turning good anymore? Thanx, Casper

Hello Casper, Have you already build out the fan? If it turns very stiff when you try to turn it with your hand, then the chances are quite high that it is the fan. You can also try if the fan is still built in, and it is controlled by the button being in position 1 or 2, for example to help him and see if he fires up. Good luck

When i changed the fan heater, i did not read out the board computer, just because of it did not work anymore i build it out, and i marked that it did not turn well. So i replaced it, and the problem was solved.

Hi! I disassembled my fan, i cleanned and then I connected direct to 12 volts battery ( i wanted be sure it was ok), it working a few moment and then alone turn off.... I did burn my fan? please help me!!

I think it is best to buy the part new. Then it is fixed. Like in my video. Greetings
