Hi Paolo. Thank you so much for your great video. We were able to replace the fuser on a Samsung C460FW. Not identical to the model you're using in the video, but quite similar. The tricky part was sliding the cables though the holes (since our model has some additional circuitry, I guess for the modem/fax support.

Hi Paolo. Thank you for sharing this video. I have the same printer 365w with same problem. After starting the printer the check lights run, but the printer stop before loading paper, and turn red. I am sure I created this problem. I wanted to change the pickup roller, but before that I made some damage to the connecter under the little black item on the front board. Carefully, I had to put alle the sticks in place, and weld a bit. Since the check light worked as it use too, I guess it was fixed. As for the pickuproller I had some problems to resample, not sure how it should turn. I probably started the computer before it was mounted the right way. I guess this could have damaged something maybe the solenoid. I don't realy know how to identify the real problem, but its hard to have a printer not working. Especially because I have don't the repair from a used printer, and everything worked before this. Can you give some advice? Thank you

FYI: 6:52 if you have access to the 2 contacts you can use a small screwdriver (or something metallic with an isolated handle) to touch them simultaneity and this will discharge the capacitor. Warning: It might make a spark. It is normal.

Hey! Yes I know but I prefer not to touch it, also if I had to discharge a mains capacitor I'd do it with a resistor, even if a screwdriver works too, just safer for the capacitor to do it with a resistor :)

@@PaoloMarcelli I think it is better to discharge it because you don't have to want to touch it, you can touch it by accident (speaking from experience 😬). It is better with a resistor, but, because not everyone has a resistor to use, and yes it is bad for the capacitor, but if you do this very often, but for once or twice in its life, I think it is alright.

It appears that Samsung do not allow a reset, so although you can replace the fuser unit etc, your printer will still continue to think it needs replacing! thank you Samsung.

Ciao Paolo, ho sostituito completamente con le tue indicazioni, il gruppo fusore della stampante HP 150nw. Dopo diverse stampe ok, ora ogni volta che invio una stampa inizia la fase di preriscaldamento ma poi sento come un click e la stampante si spegne. Da cosa può dipendere? Grazie in anticipo!!!

Buongiorno Paolo , ho visionato il video della stampante Samsung CLP 360, ho una CLP 320 ora mi stampa delle righe che prima non c'erano. Ho smontato la stampante pulito la cinghia di trasferimento con alcool isopropilico ma le righe continuano a essere le righe si spostano . Secondo te devo sostituire la cinghia o continuare a pulire. Ti ringrazio per una eventuale risposta. Bruno

Ciao, molto probabilmente è la lama di pulizia della cinghia di trasferimento che non pulisce la cinghia dopo ogni stampa, vedi il mio video sulla CLX-3175 per farti un'idea di quello che intendo, ma non penso sia più disponibile come ricambio, quindi ti converrebbe trovare una nuova cinghia in quel caso.

Ciao Paolo, ho un problema con la mia Epson EPL-5900L che mi stampa la metà destra del foglio sbiadita. Non è che hai un'idea di quale può essere la causa? Ciao! Prova ad agitare (non troppo forte) la cartuccia toner, guarda anche a vista se la superficie del rullo di sviluppo sulla cartuccia ti sembra coperto di uno strato uniforme di toner oppure solo per metà.
