The glass lenses on my 3025s seem to not get scratched as much as my plastic Wayfarer lenses. Does Rayban make glass lenses for Wayfarers? Thanks.

Hi, Glass lenses do have higher scratch resistance than polycarbonate. However, they are not impact resistant, so keep in mind that they are typically not suitable for outdoor sports or activities where debris/objects may become airborne (such as yard work or motorcycle riding). That being said, Ray-Ban does still sell many of their frames with glass lenses, wayfarers included! Just double check when buying. At Fuse, we only carry Polycarbonate lenses for safety reasons so we are unable to help with that. Good luck!

Thanks but I have a RB3578 which has the plastic wire bottom half and the Len’s has been popped out. Any video or tips for popping it back in as loosening the screw has now effect. Help!!

Tironomentalatic You can try: soldering a piece of metal to the screw and turning that, putting some super glue on the tip of the screw and bonding the screw to the screw driver, using a larger screw driver, or a different kind of screw driver. There's also the rubber band trick. If none of those work, you can cut/drill the screw with a dremel.

Yes, you can definitely use this method. You shouldn't ever damage them while changing lenses this way. Just be weary of dropping original Ray-Ban lenses, as they are typically glass and can break.

you simply loosen the screw with a small screwdriver (like an optical screw driver). You can pick one up at walgreens or walmart for really cheap. All you need to do is loosen the screw a turn or two.

You really only need to loosen the screws a few turns to get the old lenses out. You will need a really small Philips screwdriver to do this. If the lenses are plastic (not glass) you should be able to pop the lenses out without removing the screws. Try soaking the frames in warm soapy water for about 30 seconds first. The soap will get between the frame and lens and make them easier to remove
