if you put a length of tape across the top of your template then fold it up remove letters then just let it flop down you could be in the pub much earlier ... your awsome great videos

My guess is that the ones you replaced were in the wrong locations, since they were cheap replacements. Someone else messed that up and you followed their bad placements. You should have kept the temples together and used them as purchased for a better character spacing and look. Just my opinion.

Thanks to you I changed the letters. I had trouble with the glue removal with goo gone. I decided to saturate the glue to soften it up by applying goo gone with a cotton ball. I let it set for several minutes & guess what, the glue came off with a plastic scrapper.

Great video! I wish I would have seen this before using the decal remover on mine. I watched a video from another channel and the guy didn't say how easy it was to damage the paint. I pushed too hard with too much drill speed on one small area of my L320 and damaged the paint. It's like hot rubber spinning onto the surface and it made a smudged dent in the paint. Tricky to fix too. I definitely feel like an idiot because it seems like common sense to not push hard, but I didn't know the paint was so fragile versus soft rubber. Alex, can you think about making a video of a fuel filter replacement and at what mileage it's needed for a RR Sport?

What’s up with the old ones? They fade? I came here to learn how to remove badges, but didn’t realize these cars also have a letter issue. Put that on to the list with sticky buttons, and electronic seat issues.
