How about designing the door with a "track" that the stainless slides into on three sides and is held in by the bottom side with the carriage bolts? this would eliminate the cost in labor for the tape removal and door prep. It would also speed up the install time. We have had to remove and replace several S/S door covers and its just not as easy as shown here. The doors get water corrosion and need more prep work than just simply removing the 3m tape. i would suggest that you take a 3-5 year old door and try doing this stainless replacement on it. thanks for taking the time to show this as there are some helpful tips in the video.
