Hello, is the needle you changed compatible with that turntable? how many hours of use? thank you

Yes, this is the standard style for this player. Most compatible replacements will have a diamond tip, which will typically last for 10,000 hours. Dirty or dusty records will wear out the stylus quicker, so keep them clean.

Hi! I've recently bought Atn3600l and sound is not clean... This is proper stylus for this gear? Thank you so much for the answer

Yes, the ATN3600 was originally fitted to this deck. Audio-Technica no longer make that original version of the stylus, instead replacing it with ATN3600L or ATN3600LE which are both compatible (www.audio-technica.com/en-eu/support/atn3600-lc-vs-atn3600-le). There are also plenty of compatible replacements available from other manufacturers for the original ATN3600 so you have choices. If the sound is not clean, there are several possible things which could cause that and are worth investigating - with a microscope or magnifier: The stylus tip may be dirty, damaged or chipped. The fine cantilever arm of the stylus could be bent or twisted so the stylus tip does not sit at the correct angle in the record groove. Hope this helps.

Thank you so much for quick answer. Yeah, probably the stylus is damaged and generate mid-turn distortion. What's else.. The New stylus looks different than the original one - is silver with sharp shape of the top. Original one is black and more polish imo..

I've tried to do this, but when I've attached the replacement stylus on this exact record player, the new stylus seems too heavy for the record to play properly. Am I doing something wrong? Do you have any suggestions please?

The tracking weight (downward force) is fixed on this player. The weight could be checked with a stylus balance but you will not be able to adjust it, unfortunately.
