I have a question about step 12. It says you have to place the cleat above the red marking. But on the descreption that comes with the reclamement kit, it says step 10, you have to place the cleat below the red marking. Do i follow the steps From KZbin?

I also found myself wondering about this mark... My original setup had the line fed all the way to the end of the plastic insert, where stitching begins. Put differently, some 7 inches past the marking. The challenge is, it slides back and forth (with some effort), so, there is no way to tell was it like this out of the box, or did it move during the use. You can adjust it later, as the rope slides even through the torque loop. Good thing is, either way it does not affect the length of the center lines, as the whole setup creates a loop. Just keep in mind that the position of that plastic center hub (with Velcro hooks) adjusts the amount of de-power you have when sliding the control bar as it affects the distance of travel. Other than that, it's six of one or half a dozen of the other. I personally prefer to keep that plastic insert out of the way of sliding bar, so, I pushed it 7 inches further. Hope this helps! Best! (Oh, wait, I shouldn't use competitor's brand here... so... NAISH! ;) )

Not sure what kind of handle I received, but "Feed line through handle" is virtually impossible.

LSTMoz - sorry only saw this now. Is tricky, but you can refit original line by cutting off the doubled back end that locks the handle, then by using a bit of adhesive tape as a leader to assist feeding it back through. It helps to open up the handle opening hole using a suitable dia philips screwdriver, or similar. A single knot at the line end once fed through handle completes the job. Be carefull and do not cut off the end with the loop that fits in the QR! 😗 .

Just stick something firm the other end and then use some sticky tape to connect the tip of rope to it, and pull back. (Hmm... this did not sound like PG13...)
