This procedure is correct. Pleas allow me to add this tip. You do not want the CirClip to come off and then drop and bounce. It will land on the floor and go who knows where, but worse is if it drops inside the plotter. I like to dampen a Microfiber towel. the damp weight of the towel will hold it in place. If the clip pops loose it will hit the towels and not bounce out. When re aligning the retaining pin I place the towels underneath incase I drop the c clip. Also Use a wood or plastic tapered shim to put pressure to hole the assembly in place as an extra hand. . Makes quick work of this task. And buy the rollers from Graphtec.

thanks for the video now i have a different problem and am requesting for your help i have Graphtec pro fc 5100-100 the handle for the pinch roller got broken and the screw got stuck in that aluminium bar which attaches the pinch rollers i took it out and removed the screw but when i placed back t is not touching down to the down roller i think i made an error some where can you please help me how to fix it wright

Unfortunately I'm not sure what to do about that. I would trying calling Graphtec from there website and see what they have to say. Sorry.

I would not know but it sounds like your media is not aligned right but if that's not the case you should be able to email or contact Graphtec directly with that question.
