Many miskakes: (1) using only two timing locks (WOW) (2) how does this mechanic know if the previously set timing is behaving correctly? (3) the title of the video should be "Setting the Timing," not "Belt Replacement" (4) you cannot tighten the pulley if the crankshaft is stopped only by the TDC (Top Dead Center of the first piston) identification screw (5) you must always check if the camshafts are correctly aligned with each other; this is done using a flat lock applied to the camshafts from the side of the variable timing sensors (6) tightening the pulley bolt requires prior locking of the flywheel (the starter needs to be removed)
