As a Nissan service technician. I've replaced a lot of dog bone mounts, I never used a torque wrench. I just snug it up and give it a little bit more tightness to it

My manual-trans 2010 Versa has no such mount, though it has a torque strut underneath. Would be helpful to specify the transmission in the title.

When i remove one of the bolts, it has a green "light paint" is that suppose to be a thread locker? if it is, which one it should be?

My question is this. My wife's vibration dampener is breaking off and barely hanging on. Can it be taken off and driven safely until a new one is replaced? I have no idea what it is or what it does, I know nothing about cars.

Been driving mine like that for over a year. Had no issues other than higher vibrations. I didn’t take it off jus left it broken

While I'm no expert and don't recommend it (just a disclaimer), I pulled mine off and drove without it for months until I fixed it and had no issues. You'll most likely be fine.
