Do vid on valve cover replacement along with full intake gaskets replacement , ETC !. the EGR tube is a XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX on the driver side I think.

How fun i updated to the mpi not the old pop it valves that keep going out! Real fun haveing engine full of fuel! And real fun to put in multi port fuel injection and real fun game of what part am i going to break today!!!!

What are the chances for the gasket to be undone or fall off due to the snug fit placing it back?

Gee! Thankfully I only need to remove the upper radiator hose, carb linkage and transmission linkage!! Then remove the 8 bolts and lift off.

... he said "inch pounds" in the video. First pass: 44" lbs = 3.7 ft lbs Second pass: 88" lbs = 7.3 ft lbs I would not recommend using a foot pound torque wrench for settings that low as foot pound torque wrenches typically start at 10 ft lbs.

Tried tightning my intake cover to 44 lbs, and broke plastic

So u can get away with just removing cap not whole distributor
