How to RESEAL a Motorhome Skylight and stop leaks

In this video we dismantle and clean up and reseal our motorhome skylight.
We are resealing a wind up skylight from a Swift Kontiki 655 model.

Love it when KZbin deliver just what I need. Ive a 22 year old Sprinter with "2" shower units now..... It leaks sooo bad (the skylight) even though I used a tin of marine sealant. So.... armed with your video and a dry day I willl let you know how it goes..... (re "dry day", its the UK, its Summer.... )

I do enjoy Gary's DIY. Good job he's good with a Stanley knife! I was on the edge of my seat when he cut that sealant nozzle lol. Fingers crossed it all worked and you don't have to go through that process again for a long time.

Hi Linda, we used a waterproof bonding silicone. Use it liberally to ensure no leaks, all the best Gary
