You said seed oils? Including hemp seed?

I’m not sure about hemp seed oil, I have never used it (so take what I say with a grain of salt) but it has a lower smoke point- it might make your house pretty Smoky if you try to season with it.

Btw how long did you put them in the oven for?

An hour is usually what I do, but sometimes as little as 20 minutes. The first few times in the oven take longer, extra coats are not quite as long.

Wash them with your dirty clothes?

I soak with dish detergent first, but yes, then it goes with the clothes. I haven’t had an issue with it yet. 🤞🏻
