You have to be all in to the business to get the LLC otherwise taxes will come up later on during tax season. It would not surprise me if a bill comes up with buying restrictions for LLCs. In California, there's a bill that is supposed to limit how many homes someone can buy. It would not surprise me if it will apply to retail industry as well later on.
