How to reset an AlCatel UNLOCK & How to hard RESET Alcatel one touch or ideal - Free & Easy

My video shows how to reset an Alcatel one touch or At&t Alcatel Ideal phone. See how to unlock android phone through a Alcatel hard reset. It's easy to reset an Alcatel one touch or a Alcatel ideal, or even a Alcatel one touch fierce 2 when you perform just three steps. I think i found a way to get your reset for Alcatel Dawn with my phone when the android screen comes up you have to repress both power plus volume button again and it does come up. We will see how it works

So I have an Alcatel One Touch and it won't turn on and a few seconds later turns off. I bought a new phone but I really want to save all the pictures from that phone. Unfortunately I didn't back it up since I wasn't planning on using it for a long time. I already disconnected and reconnected the battery but still nothing. Is there anything else I can do? Hi Nick, seems to work well for people but doesn't seem to work for my one touch 990. Tried power and vol up, power and vol down and power and both volumes. Always returns to the lock screen??

You might be pressing the wrong buttons, pressing them for to long and/or for to short a time, to slow, to fast or in the wrong order. Also you might have a button/s not working at all (broken button) or the phone is just broken and no longer works. Suggest watching my video again and trying it again.

If you have tried doing a hard reset more then once and still no go. That might indicate your phone is bricked via firmware/software corruption or has a bad/broken motherboard . In other words, it no longer will move pass the phone logo. Suggest looking into replacing the phone or having it repaired by a local tech.

i hard reset my alcatel tetra (no 3rd party softwares were put onto this phone) and now it is telling me that i need the last email used on the phone. I have no idea what the email that was last used associated with the phone is. Is there any way to get around that. its a somewhat new phone. Hardly used and would hate to see it go to waste.

Unfortunately a hard factory reset will not delete or remove a Google account (old email). You either have to log in using a Google username and password previously set up on the device by you or previous owner (contact previous owner) or contact Google directly and get the Google account sorted out.

Pressing the power and volume buttons at the same time after the initial shut down did nothing, the phone just remained turned off. Tried pressing them both briefly then again holding them down for a while, but made no difference whatsoever, the phone stayed switched off.

This method most likely will not work on Orange Rise 51. A hard reset deletes everything on the phone. It does not delete, remove or change any Google or Facebook accounts.
