You really helped me to reset the charging case. whenever i charge it fully it was showing 31% battery of the case. But after watching this video i found how to reset the charging case and now the problem solved and it shows proper battery level. Thank you for the informative video 🎉

Bro, my ear buds(Flex 454 ANC) are not disconnecting automatically when removed from ears. Also, connected automatically even when the case is opened!! what could be the reason? can you advise?

Bro firstly there is no such feature of disconnection when removed from ear it's just pause your video not disconnected second it's feature of fast pairing that if you open the cap of case it's ready to pair you to shut the case' s cap to stay them disconnected
