I found the solution and it works! 1) Turn the printer OFF (yes-OFF) 2) Open the front cover 3) Press AND Hold the GO button while you TURN THE POWER BACK ON 4) When all 3 lights are lit, Release and press GO twice 5) All lights turn solid -- with all lights solid, press GO 5 times (yes, really, 5 times) 6) Ready light turns red 7) Close the door and you're all set! Odd I know but the IT person gave me this solution and to my surprise it worked!

This is the only method that worked for me. I had tried resetting just the flag gear and still got the message to replace the toner but resetting the gear to the position in this video is the trick. Thanks for the video!

you also may need to power cycle/reboot the printer when done. I have to, because the printer shows as offline until it has been rebooted on my PC (running windows 7 64bit)
