You are right, absolutely useless of following JBL instructions, and yesterday, I already put in the bin because my right side earbud is not paired. I tried for an hour, then chucked into the bin. these ear buds took about an hour of playing them before the speakers loosened up and it sounded sweet. i was pulling my hair out over the right ear bud disconnecting and dropping out. Even when i reset it to factory on both ear buds, with charging cable connected, it still stays connected for all about 2 mins before disconnecting. even with my phone on my desk in front of me. Im just about ready to take it back. edit: i found out that they needed more charge and seem to go into power saving around 30% of battery or below. this puts the speakers into mono mode and cuts out the right ear bud. So after a number of resets, trying the ear buds on my tablet and just charging for a while, i found they worked fine. seems i had this problem with my bose wireless ear buds as well. seems if you just keep trying it sorts itself out. So the bass isnt amazing but its there after some wearing in and the right ear tips. the music is enjoyable and you can just forget your wearing it. way better than any wires. hope this helps anyone getting setup with their buds.

Make sure they’re in the box and forgotten from your phone via Bluetooth. Then take them out and open up the ear piece enough to where you see it light up red and blue on both of them (this will turn them on). Then from there, put them back in the case and do the reset.

Put them both in the case and press them both on the JBL logo for 10 seconds, till the both flash red. I tried this when the right earbud would not connect. Then I took them both out together and placed them back to back. I turned them on, by pulling the ear wrap around portion. Continue holding them back to back, till they reconnected with each other. Stop flashing. Then I selected the "JBL..." on my phone as usual and they both worked, like normal again.

Ok, I've done this reset numerous times, charge box plugged in, unplugged, fully charged, left earbud totally dead and right earbud fully charged, I've tried everything I've been able to access but the right earbud will not sync. There's a jbl endurance peak II -LE that keeps popping up in my bluetooth sync availability but it needs an app. My biggest issue is om totally deaf in my left ear and the only bud that works is the left earbud. Any suggestions?
