How To Reset LG K20 Plus - Hard Reset and Soft Reset

just saved my life thank you ! i just got this phone as a work phone and as soon as i set up the password i set a fingerprint and powered the phone off a couple days later i powered it on thinking it would recognize my finger but then realized it needs the password when you power it on !!! so this was perfect for my situation i even called customer service and they were like we cant help you !!!

i just wanna say THANK YOU ! i just got locked out of my phone from not remembering my password because i use my fingerprint ever time i turn on my phone. i had 0 clue how to reset from google, which i have before. im more definetly (sorry if i spelt it wrong) am keeping this is a folder. god bless man

what if you do this and it starts to keep boot looping? I erased the OS with knowing it did then put and out of date OS on it then it wanted and update so I updated then the power cut off and now its just boot looping (I kinda need help)
