+Joyce Hu While Your phone is swithed off, First - hold the "volume down" button, next hold the "power button" and hold them together till the LG logo shows, then let go of power button for a second (but still hold volume down) and push it again, then the screen with reset function should pop up.. This works for me :) Exactly as the video shows, maybe you are letting go off the buttons too quick?

For anyone who is struggling to come to the factory settings menu this is the way to do it. Press and hold the Volume Down and Power keys for 3 seconds or until the LG logo appears. While still holding Volume down key, quickly release the Power key, then quickly press and hold the Power key again.

Estou com problema no meu l90 Quando coloco os dois chips eles reconhece as operadoras mais o 2 somebe so fica o do slot 1 pq a rede esta 3g nele,mas se eu inverter o 2 pega e o 1 some. Ja esta em lollilop mais coloquei a rom orignal kitkat e ficou a mesma coisa tbm ja configurei a procura das redes manual. Os dois slot estao pegando mais quando coloco os dois chips obq tiver com 3g fica e o outro some. O q posso fazer? Sera q e do celular ou da lg?

Did it. But on the startup white screen which says T Mobile in purple/rose, freezes. Doesn't want to load or boot up. It did it before the hard reset, i hard reseted it hoping it would fix it. But it doesn't want to load yet... what do you recommend?
