Canoopsy I'm requesting your help. My computer is inoperable after attempting this reset. I am stuck with my computer restarting sending me to the welcome beginning, constantly loops after completing all the start up questions. After last set up task, the screen goes blue then gray re-booting back to the beginning of Welcome to repeat the process. I have a I MAC Desktop operating 10.68 Snow leopard. For some reason 10.80 is showing up under a Kernel. I needed to remove the Admin. Password to authorize the upgrade as Admin. Your help will be greatly appreciated... Thanks In advance.
