Resetting to factory settings worked but once opened it says you have reset this phone to factory settings and asks password again to continue. So I am now where I started with a formatted phone now.

does not work on S9 as you can see in the picture at 1:47 it shows "emergency call " and "accessibility". I followed instructions exactly and get to this screen which does not have "accessibility" on it just "emergency call". From there I can go to the wi-fi page like at 1:52, skip is not an option but phone can connect to a wi-fi but will not allow you to do anything as this nice little white box pops up saying it was an unauthorized reset on the phone and to sign in to wifi to prove your identity. When you go to sign in it says it will not let you because it was an unauthorized reset so it does nothing. All these other people were paid to say nice things ?
