Thank you. American gram-bought grandson’s BMW. Did some filter replacement and 2 other jobs/work & needed to reset fault lights. Even though your car is backward and I’m left handed 🤣😂🤣 you are first person who coordinated lights in middle above radio with dashboard reset 💥🦅thnx

Just found your channel & love your videos! Could you show how your headlights look after 5 months since the autoglym restoration kit? I was thinking of getting the same kit since the headlights on my e60 are rough.

I just bought my first BMW and I was wondering, what is the little triangle with the exclamation point in it that is next the "P"?

@Geronimo Mad Martin Congratulations on buying your first BMW 👍🏻. So this little symbol comes up in that display when there is something that needs attention. This could be low fuel, service required, washer fluid anything like that. You can identify what the issue is buy looking on the idrive or pressing the button on the stork that says check and that will show you a picture of what's needed. Hope this helps, if you ever need and help or advice let me know 👍🏻

Changed oil level sensor on 535d e60 full service etc reset won't work for oil ? Car has 190k miles any help ??

@Halpintransport Hmmm thats strange🤔 You're the second person today thats asked me that. Not saying you're doing the same but he wasn't waiting enough time when pushing the buttons when resetting the light on the dash. I'm looking into other reasons for this though and will let you know if I find something. Sorry I couldn't be more help

@Stine Totland Not too sure, I've only heard of that happening to someone once before and they had seen on a forum that apparently there are only so may times that it can be reset from the dash. That said I'm not sure how true that is.

when i try to resert oil servise it shows me ok on the dashboard not Reset

When clicking through the different service items on the dash is the colour of the oil light red or yellow?

@Mauri M It means that particular service is over due but reseting it should be the same process.

@Mauri M Hmmmm🤔 Ok when pushing the button for the final time maybe try pressing it slightly quicker. It sounds like it's not registering the rest request.
