Crap! Mine would not start after being charged. Was told by their customer service to remove the handlebars and unplug the connector plug (the prong plug goes into the other end of the plug) But the prongs got bent! Crap! The scooter should actually have some kind of reset button to take care of this but....no! 🤨😓😡

This is false information - Unagi scooters are remotely locked by by the company via the mobile application and will not unlock it for you. If you bought a rental by mistake, you cannot reset it. Even if you purchased it outright, they still lock your scooter if you do not ride in a while and you have to unlock it through them - this is a garbage remote lock scooter that you do not own , the corporate controls it. They even nerfed the speed on all of their scooters remotely reducing the speed by 5 miles slower.
