Once it is paired the PS asks you that it found a Link device and if you want to pair it by hitting the PS button.... easy going....

If anyone is still messing up do everything he says but before you hold down the adapter at the end to connect it to the buds, click the adapter once and make sure its blinking. Then connect

If your earbuds not connecting to ps5 press and hold the button in the case for 8 secs once it start to blink press the USB port that’s connected to the ps5 1 time. Worked for me

Really bad steer clear of these ear buds and the new elite headphones the ps link dongle can be defective and mine doesn’t even light up so I’m assuming it’s fried but the only good thing tho is that they sell the new link dongles separately but note that these dongles only work with the Pulse Explorers and the pulse elites NOT THE PULSE 3D. Sadly the link dongles for sale on their Sony website only works with the newer models only. Honestly feels like they did that on purpose so people would have to constantly buy the dongles separately

Same here. Two days ago they worked ok, but now they randomly disconnected and do not want to connect. I hope they update them soon. Even pluse explore case now is flashing red and I do not know why :/

@@maciejsulikowski7038 I think figured out what’s wrong with mine, I had my cheap external hard drive that I had for my ps4 that I now use on my ps5 connected to my other usb drive, I guess that was causing some interference with the ear buds but now the ear buds work fine without disconnecting, unless it’s just a crazy coincidence. I hope this helps.
