How to Reset Your Epson EcoTank ET-2400 Printer

Hi I’m trying ti update my Epson software. I followed your video that u did but it’s not bringing my printer up in the list of products. Can u help me to determine what I need to do next?

When I turn on my ET-2400, the phone/wifi light is green, and the ink and paper lights are solid orange. If I press the stop button, it starts blinking; if I press and hold the stop button, only the power light blinks. What do you suggest?

Mine won’t print with ink. Just blank sore runs through it
