An excellent video! I used to make bridlework and repair saddlery, driving and heavy harness years ago. I still have a full set of saddlery & harness making tools, a number of which date back to Victorian times. I doubt many would know what a heavy horse collar stuffing iron looks like nowadays! I can still stitch with two needles and twist a multi-strand waxed thread on my thigh by hand, rather than use thread off the reel,, but arthritis makes it more difficult now. The secret is to keep smiling and pass on the knowledge!
