Have been going through same operation on my RX8. Also bought a large tote from Wally but instead of using Eastwood products. Just grab Concrete prep from a hardware store, I use Zep. Mix the Concrete prep with water, toss as many parts as you can fit in the tote and let soak. Duration dependent on level of rust and strength of mixture, don't worry you can go fairly strong, even full strength for smaller items in smaller buckets. White vinegar works, but much slower. For larger items like the subframe; submerge as much as you can in the tote, let soak until you get the rust removed, clean and treat that area, then rotate to the next area. Takes soaking time but not your labor time.
