If you can't find the dates then probably you didn't allocate enough space on your disks for the restore points.

This won't recover data such as pictures, files etc... This can only restore your applications.

Sorry i meant the operating system. So if you've recently updated your operating system it will recover it to before any update for example. What are you trying to recover? You can give it a try and revert it back if unsuccessful

on the page where you chose the date 11/11/2016 there might be a box you can tick that says " show more restore points ", if you find it just tick it and hopefully it will show you more restore points.
