Please when you were combining the hair before washing it, what is the name of product you used to wet the hair

No product was added before washing. If need be just wet the hair with water to detangle before washing

It turn green due to the coloring dye that was used.at this point all you can do is to keep applying black dye- not adore 🚫 use kiss permanent dye instead
