Yes, for revival of policy - policy holder ko apna due amount lic branch mein hi deposit karna hota hey or haan aap isse cash mein hi deposit kar sakte hey but kuch cases mein jahan apka monthly premium mode nahi hey wahan par aap cheque se bhi pay kar sakte hey..... answer to your last question - Late fees apke due amount ke saath jod kar hi batai jayegi apko..
