Hey hey. Yeah it's one of those things where i have to stack it in my morning routine so it's done and becomes habitual. If I don't plan in the morning and set up systems I'm all over the place

I have financial goals. I also love watches. I only buy a new watch of substance after completing a comparable significant financial goal. This also allows me to also have fun researching which watch I would like to have in the meantime.

1. Reward tied with input of good habit or 2. Reward your inner world in the evening or 3. Have milestone goals (reach targer then get incentive like going movies, shopping, ...)
