my dad told me you boil gammon for about 45 mins and then roast in the oven with tin foil for about 30 mins i think he said. that big joint u got there looks nice, personally i will be buying a small joint for myself and wanted to slice it and make gammon and cheese sandwiches so i can take to work. how long would u say gammon stays ok in the fridge after being cooked? and thanks for the video.
