Anyone know how to do this on an inside edge. IE a center hole or would uo use a sepertate method?

Very interesting question! I done something similar with hand tools (dapping punches) but not spinning. I think it's possible but you would have to custom-make a tool to reach in the area you needed. Definitely let me know what you do!
