The first thing is to fill it just the right amount. Not too little not too much. If you fill it too little there is too much tortilla to filling ratio. If you overstuff it, it will not even close properly when you try to roll it.

FYI this is also how u roll spring rolls lmao . But for spring rolls I usually fold the one side in first and then the sides and then well roll it. And for egg rolls u do it from one of the corners and basically the same steps. Lmao idk why I’m saying how to do so but it’s interesting how a lot of rolled things basically roll up the same if u think about it though .ig interesting fact or fun fact 😅
