Just to follow up on this, Riru module with the latest safetynet fix v2.1.1 needed to be installed to pass on my Mi 11 with Global ROM 12.5.9. Had to remove the modules and reinstall to get it to work but sorted out in the end. Working great now.

Must have gone wrong somewhere and I'm stuck on eternal boot loop. Any advice on how to roll back? EDIT: I copied boot image from global M 11 T which is a model that I had, ran ADB, flash it again and then I turned it off. I turned it on into recovery mode from holding POWER and VOUME UP, and it somehow booted me into factory recovery mode. I did wipe all data, and run into safe mode.

What I have found is that you need to carefully follow the instructions but make sure you install Universal Safety net fix V2.3.1 and Busybox for Android NDK V1.34.1 via modules in Magisk. I'm running MUI 13.06 and Android 12. Magisk V25.2

Some banking apps are more clever and no matter what you try it will detect that the phone is rooted, the only option it to revert back to the original ROM and lock the bootloader.

The ROM from xiaomi.eu is based on the Chinese ROM and get updated very often but you need TWRP recovery to update, on the other hand the official Global ROM gets OTA update but you have to install safetynet pass to use mobile banking, netflix...etc

Thanks for the videos. They are very easy to follow. When I searched for safetynet fix it showed me the latest version (v2.0) and accidentally installed it instead of v1.2. It showed an error, rebooted and downloaded the right version (1.2). I run the safetynet check and it failed. Details show it failed on CTS profile match. How can I get it to pass the CTS profile match / safetynet check?

once you unlock your bootloader, you will not be able to use some apps like banking apps, android Pay...etc. You can install safetynet Pass to try and get them to work but not guarantee all apps will work

Sound like a permission issue, go to settings then apps and make sure GMAIL has storage access
