Hey, I have a problem. I have a Samsung Galaxy S7 AT&T model, SM0G935A, and Android Version 6.0.1. After sometime of Root, the device will not open any app, and will continue to crash all apps. If I try to restart my device, it will stay bricked at the AT&T loading screen. I then have to fully wipe my phone out, which later I must re-add all of the things that have been deleted. Is there a way to fix/counteract this problem? Or even remove root?

Thanks Max Lee, I got it working after like 3 hours..Ran into the problem of extreme lag just before I started to download busybox & trickster. Had to do a factory reset again and run the CMD commands again. But after 2 hrs of trying to install busybox & trickster it's a clear go. BOOM shakalaka!

On the activation screen hit emergency call and then back out, it will get you past the activation screen, your phone wont be able to make calls though

Hi when i type root.bat it says more than one emulator or device and it just waits for device and nothing happens..... it says custom when i open my phone but it has no su binary I TRIED THE "adb kill-server" and then "adb devices" and then "root.bat" and still the same thing but it waits a littltle more what is the problem please answer.

I rooted my phone and the play store wasnt working and everytime i opened it, it would crash. I even tried to disable and enable it but it still didnt work so i restarted my phone to see if that would help which was a big mistake. Because now it has the samsung galaxy s7 screen and then it goes black and starts vibrating. I did a horrible mistake doing this thing, I root the device with this method then the device get slower than the normally and the slower was progressing to the point that i can't use the device so I decided to come back to stock using "Odin" and the custom firmware, all was well like ever, then "Odin" get fail, when I want to format everything and come back to the system, it get into a loop; first screen and them get into recovery. I tried to come back to stock with "SmartSwitch" using the tool "update and init the software" it said "this device can't be initiated" I'm only have two weeks with the s7 edge and I'm Cath in this loop. (HELP!)

You got to flash the stock firmware through odin but make sure you download the right one and the download will take some time to download depending on your internet speed. It could take a few hours or 2 days depending on speed. I had to find the right one for my s7 NOT the edge JUST the s7 and worked fine for me no problems. If you have the s7 and want the firmware files that I downloaded just message me back and I'll get you the link.

Hi, I rooted my galaxy s7 from att using this method It worked perfectly and I had my new rooted phone! So a couple of days after the root one of my apps stop working and I cannot get it to start working, it was a pushup workout app, so I restart my phone and it gets into a boot loop stuck on the at&t logo. I was very sad as I did not back anything up so I wiped my phone using the recovery boot and signed in and re-flashed the root rom through odin and re-installed supersu and it worked perfectly again. The next day I have the same problem but this time with snapchat and instagram so I knew what was going to happen and I restarted and it did the same thing. This time when I went into recovery boot I noticed "dm-verity verification failed" in red at the bottom. As of now I am just going to do what I did last time and wipe and re-flash as I made a backup this time and just restore my phone and hope it doesn't happen again. If someone could please explain why this is happening and maybe help me fix it I would be so happy thank you! UPDATE 7/26/16: I re flashed the ap root file with odin without doing a factory reset and it is still stuck in a boot loop, meaning I have to do a factory reset to get it out.

Hey Max Lee, I'm not sure what the problem is; however, after rooting my smg-930t (t-mobile variant), there comes a time where my google play services along with other apps malfunction and the message ("unfortunately --app--- has stopped") I tried rebooting my phone but afterwards it just stays stuck to the white t-mobile screen. The only solution to this problem has been factory resetting my phone and then re-rooting my phone. However, the same problem occurs again after a few days. Do you think the problem has to do with this root being buggy?

This root method is a engineered boot Img, which means the development of this root is sort of a "beta test". just be careful on what you do, can and will cause problems.
