Tive o mesmo problema, baixei a versão da boot oficial e fiz o processo de novo porém colocando a boot original no lugar dessa , não fiz a root mas pelo menos ocel voltou ao normal, nota pra tirar do modo tremor só abrindo ele e desconectar a bateira, depois vc consegue deixar ele no fastboot novamente.
