You only want to fill enough to sell, if the product sits out too long it will start to break down.

Yeah there’s no room to work with too much product (15cases) on your cart . Maybe it’s real busy. Over 10k a day is pretty busy

That’s not true. When you’ve done the job long enough looking at them and touching them to organize is enough to check for quality.
